I suppose you could make a majors bid and then bid 4♠.
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."

I like kenrexford plan. Suggest MM, then 4S => S >> H. Much better if slam close, about same guess 4S or 4H if not.

If we start with 2♣ or 2♦ (or 2♥) to show both majors partner will often grab the opportunity to pass. Sometimes he will even be right, but I would rather play 4♠ than a 2 level contract in a different suit. And if he does bid, we bid 4♠ and will have gained nothing.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

Um, if partner has two Aces, or one Ace and the QJ in hearts, you don't think he'd see this as a good time to not pass 4♠?

Proves nothing one way or another, but I bid 4♠. 4 spades makes when spades are 3-3 and RHO can't read his partner's heart lead as a singleton, trying to cash 2 clubs. 6 hearts is ice, but hard to get there with partner not realizing the freakish nature of your hand.

I would have shown majors and bid 4♠ to help partner evaluate in case we have slam. It didn't even occur to me it might let partner go back to hearts if it's right on a hand like the actual one, lucky me!

6♥ probably plays as well as 4♠. Funny hand. Show both majors, partner picking hearts, insist on 4♠, and partner bids 5♥. You get confused and raise to 6♥, and it makes. Neat.
