Looking at the vote options, some ♦ seems best... I'd lead ♠J however.

Non-systematic diamond.

Not something I normally go for, but it looks like the type of hand, where partner will know what to retain. It's a little optimistic, but maybe it could send declarer astray.

Was responder intending 7M if Stayman fit? But now 7NT? Really? I'm seeing dust in the air. Feeling like a 5 or 7 hand. Still I can't picture a best lead.

I choose a club because statistically it's the most unlikely suit that partner has honours.

Yeah, that looks brilliant when partner started with Qx. Declarer loves that when he has K10x and dummy has A98x.

One of my friends and partners tried an interesting club lead in a situation just like this. 7NT was the contract. I had Qx.

Although, it was even sexier. Partner decided to lead second-best, to be tricky.

Declarer had K103 and Dummy held A752. I held Q8. Partner led 9 from J964. If I play the 8, Declarer wins the 10, cashes the King to drop my Queen, and then uses the A7 to take care of partner's J6. If I play the Queen, Declarer wins the King to lead the 10, covered by the Jack and smothering my 8. Declarer then crosses back to lead the 3 through partner's 6-4 into Dummy's 7-5.

Declarer started with 11 tricks and NO play for 13 without bringing in clubs for four tricks.

diamond, and I make the systemic lead, because on these hands, it is often more important to let partner know declarer's shape than it is to tell declarer how diamonds are behaving. Partner knows I hold no high card, so he needs to know how he should defend.

My second choice is the sexy spade J... hoping for something like AQ9x opposite Kxx... had declarer shown 4 spades, and responder bid notrump, I'd want to be able to lead the 10 from J10x for the reverse reasoning, but that is another issue for another hand

Systemic diamond.

I'd never lead ♠J from JTxx with at least a couple of reasonable alternatives, so I'd not expect that to work against a thinking declarer.
