what is with the people whose profile is zzzz_ followed by a 4 digit number?

What are flash logins or silverlight logins. None of this affects me but - someone please enlighten me.

the bbo flash clients allows people to log in anonyomously, presumably assigning them temporary usernames. i assume silverlight is similar.
