Pending EBU tournaments not shown

Each day the English Bridge Union hosts several pairs tournaments. In Virtual Clubs I can see the two Daylong Individual tournaments but not the scheduled Pairs ones. If I go to All Tournaments and search Pending for EBU it just shows me the same two. But if I wait for a scheduled one to start it immediately shows up in Running. How can I join a tournament? I cannot see anywhere where there is a link between my BBO name and my EBU number, but when I play in a daylong tournament the results appear on the EBU site the next day.
