you can bid 2H, 3H, or if you want to get fancy / use convention 2NT as limit raise.
As it is, the hand is not strong for a limit raise, so I would go with 3H.
With kind regards

As usual, it depends on your agreements. I don't play Bergen raises but if you play them in competition, you can show a mixed raise with whatever Bergen bid you use. My preference would be 3♦ ("3M-1"). See https://www.advinbri...k-in-bridge/268
(3♥ would be weak for me.)

I do have a partner and if it dies in 2♥ that is probably where we should be.

Coming in late
I'd usually expect North to have a bit more shape than that for a mixed raise, but if it did it would be closer to a limit raise.
With 10 points total points I can see many treating this as a limit raise, but the 'quacks' pull it down again.
So 2♥ is fine (9.5 mod.losers) and happy to go higher if opponents intervene.

We have 3 reasonable options using Bergen raises over double
2d showing 3 hearts and about 8-11
3H showing 4 hearts and weak
3c showing 4h hearts and about 8-11
fwiw 2h over double shows 3h and 6 pts.
Using adjusted LTC I would evaluate this as a 9 LTC hand.
8 losers plus add one more loser for lack of controls.

Surely you would bid game if this were not a competitive auction.
But, over the double, might the single raise include hands with 5-card support that would have passed without the intervention?

Most pairs got to 4♥ and a few stopped in 2 or 3. I think the X probably derailed some South's.

With 5 card support I am never passing. So for me, no, the single raise promises support and values.
