What are your agreements about Double, 2NT and 3H here ?
Partner's double was takeout promising 4 card spades (or a hand too strong to overcall directly in another denomination).
Make the opponents' suit diamonds and this would be a Responsive double promising majors 4-4.

We don’t play reverse lebensohl. I see the argument for it, akin to the debate over good-bad or bad-good 2N
I don’t play that the double of 1H shows 4 spades. That has all the indices of an unplayable method. Give me AQx xx AJxx Kxxx and why on earth would I want to have to pass? Surely nobody actually plays that?
As for the question:
Double shows both minors. 2N shows a one suited minor, less than forward-going, although one could play something for 2N then 3S over partner’s probable 3C.
3H sets a gf. Doubler bids naturally.
