Chat Manager and iPad Saved messages no visible

When using an iPad I cannot create or save messages to chat manager. When using older desktop computer I have no problem. Any suggestions please.

I can find chat manager on the ipad, but the square comes up empty and I cant click in it to add my message!
I just save and paste my message of what i play every time and paste it!

A work around is to go into Casual on the Home Screen and then Watch and take me to an interesting table. Screen opens with a chat window which you can use to insert your own text and save it to your Chat Manager
