Since some people at the table are able to refuse claims or concessions it does not seem like a big change to let everyone do it. Giving players the opportunity to contest their partner’s concession would help a lot towards making the game played on BBO more similar to bridge.

I agree that it would be useful, obviously partner should decide before opponents see the claim.

Yes, a short delay so the opponent cannot claim very quickly. Or to make it easier, don’t accept a claim or concession until all the players have accepted it, not just the opponents. An exception might be made for dummy, who might be in the kitchen making a cuppa or whatever.
