How does one create a new FD card now with the demise of the Windows client?

It seems like the site should be encouraging more of these rather than making it more difficult. Or is it that I just am missing something?

We've never really encouraged use of FD strongly. I think it's always been viewed here as an experiment, not a mature technology.
