Do you read the GIB forums regularly? Are the bugs we report considered at all? It seems some of those bugs have been reposted for months if not years and all we have in the threads is at best some sympathy/support structure between disappointed users, sometimes some squabbles between a handful of posters about users misbidding or whether those bugs are really bugs, but mostly not even that, just threads with 0 or 1 replies. What image does this convey, in your opinion? This is the official forum of a paid service. I know paying a quarter perhaps a few times a week does not make us the king of the universe and we don't deserve immediate attention and daily updates or whatever, but do you agree that the levels of engagement currently displayed here is not quite up to standard? I for one decided against making any more bug reports here since November, certainly not because GIB suddenly stopped making terrible bids but because it seemed that nobody other than perhaps fellow users were interested in these reports. Could you tell us that this is not true?

Any reply that says "BBO staff has read this thread and is fixing the problem reported" would be encouraging, regardless of the skill level or command of English of the staff member making the reply.
