GIB SUBSTITUTE for two players

To day an opp has made an impossible contract. The dummy has gone away and a gib substituted him. The declarer then abbandoned the play at 3 cards of the end. The hand was stopped attending the substitutes, because also gib disappeared,our pair has to waiting a lot to go on.
It would be suitable to have two gib playing till the end of the hand

There is a BBO s/w problem here.

If I don't notice that both opps have been replaced by GIBs and I make a claim ... the only option left is 'Log Off'

Why can't GIBs accept claims ?

Can I have another option "Sorry GIBs cannot accept claims - RETURN and play it out"
