It has the characteristic style of LaTEX: http://www.latex-project.org/
You too can have the joy of having compile errors in your documentation! It's good for maths, science and bridge though because it supports much nicer formatting of equations and symbols.

I don't recommend LaTEX to casual users, but it is the best sort of thing for this sort of thing short of a professional publishing package.
