Where is this jump shift I was promised?

I probably pass and hope I can make a take-out X of clubs later.

Edit: I feel like a jump shift should definitely be 5-5, and forcing if partner has a trick and a fit. I also think that a 2H bid right away should be 5-5 or better, generally, as I can pass and back in later with other unbalanced hands, or XX with a balanced 18-19 ish hand.

I pass as well. Jump shifts show at least 5-5, and we have such an easy takeout X of 2♣ or 3♣.
