Violate 2C transfer in xyz is it allowed

You play xyz convention, do you allow partner not to complete transfer if he/she has a good hand and afraid 2♦ being pass out?

For example, 1♦-1♥-1♠-2♣(trans to 2♦)-can opener bid something else beside 2♦ here?

I only violate the transfer with a very unbalanced hand, say
KXXX XX Void AKQXXXX
after 1C-1H-1S-2C I'll bid 3C

Otherwise I don't think it is necessary, especially after you have shown Diamonds, since 1x-1y-1z shows 12-17HCP

Opener should break the transfer (bid something other than 2♦) with any hand that would bid anything (rather than pass) over a natural, non-forcing 2♦.

Breaking the tansfer showes the willingness to play 3D,
if p happens to have dead min, and game if he has a max.
