I agree that the methods were bad and East player was ambitious. But i also blame West for making the final mistake and asking aces with 1 kc only. He knew they would be screwed vs a 2+Q response. And pd could have asked or still can ask if he has more than 2 keycards. Not that it is good to be at 5 level with this but definetely better than being in slam imo.
