Seems straight foward, so I am probably missing something.
West, who overcalled, will not have KQ or QJ of clubs for the small club lead, will not have KQ or QJ of spades for the non-spade shift, and obviously did not have the club ACE. So he will have the heart AK for his bid.
We are going to play him for no more than 3 hearts, and no more than one diamond.
Play a low diamond at trick 3. If West shows out or plays the last small diamond, win the SEVEN. If he plays the diamond nine, win the King.
Option one, West followed to the diamond.
Ruff a heart. Did the King fall. If yes, Cross to dummies high trump (pulling trumps) throw two spades away on QJ, and eventually ruff your 3rd small spade.
If the King did not fall, cash spade Ace, ruff a spade, ruff a heart. Here the heart king has to fall (to make). Ruff another spade, cash the heart Queen discarding last small spade. Come to hand and pull the outstanding trump.
Option two. West did not follow to the diamond.
Win the diamond 7, ruff a heart. Did the king fall? If so, spade ACE, ruff a spade, cash two hearts, claim,
If the king did not fall. Cash spade ace, ruff a spade, ruff another heart (here again teh king has to fall to make). Ruff a spade, cash heart queen, ruff a club, pull trumps, claim.
