Here I thought you were talking about Wiki Pedia; however, Ken Rexford is at least part Wiki if you look at him in the right light - a really old light.

The above is of course totally meaningless but some years back when I was going to be in Seattle for a while a friend who had lived there told me "Rain is a state of mind". As I was bicycling down the road getting soaked I just kept repeating "Rain is a state of mind".
