How to play this one If trumps 3-2 easy, but what about 4-1?

Take it from here. What is your plan?
You lost a trump already and have 3♣ losers in dummy.
Which assumption about the ♦ distribution is probably necessary?

This hand I kibbed today in BBO and only one out of 16 made 10 tricks in ♥.
13 went down from 1 to 3.

I'll play for diamonds being 3-3. AKQ♦, discarding a club. Ruff a club, draw trump, play the winning diamonds.

If that doesn't work, I'm down plenty, but I don't see another way to make.

Play a club towards dummy's 10 at trick 4? The play at trick 2 suggests West started with CKQxx or CKQxxx.

I can think of some ways to make, but only if they don't lead spades when they get on lead next. I can't find any plan that can work when they lead spades. Can we have the answer?

Vuroth gave you the complete solution.
I posted the hand, because I was curious why 10 declarers in BBO made only 7,8 or 9 tricks in this simple hand.
You need the ♦ distributed 3-3 or Jx to have a real chance.

lol if it was just diamonds being 3-3 it's not really an interesting problem. I thought there would be more to it than that.
