They released a new version of GIB that is clearly faster. In a robot race tourney I just got in 38 full hands (ended during the 39th)! About half were pass outs, so maybe that's a record for pass outs and for total hands?

I haven't been playing RR for 2 months so I wanted to check the improvement. I completed 1 tournament, but 2 tournaments crashed in the middle, I received a warning saying a problem was detected with the robots and my fee refunded. I wonder if this is because of the new version or some server overload. I hope they go back to normal.

I still can't play as many hands as Josh, but I also noticed yesterday that I got more than 20, which is good for me. There were only a couple of times when the bots went into the tank (once it took what seemed like at least 30 seconds to decide to balance).

38 was a definite fluke. I have probably played 30 tournaments on the new version and that's the only time I got past the 32nd.

I've just finished 39 hands with 13 passouts. gib was declarer on 17 of them, EW declared only once. this is also a fluke though, my average is about 25 hands.
