1H for now. This heart suit is good enough to search for a fit.

What I do after that depends on what partner bids next.

I am tempted to just blast 3N here. We are bringing 6 tricks to the party, p is odds on to have the club ace and really should be able to scrounge up a couple of tricks somewhere else.

The other option is to invite. Either in NT (2NT) or in clubs, (3, or, if playing 2WNMF, 2 followed by 3)

I am game-forcing. I will start with 1. Then after 1NT I will bid 2 followed by 3 (playing standardish) or 2NT followed by 3 (playing mikeh's 2-way nmf).

after:
1c=1h
1nt=good to play 2 way checkback now.....2c would be invite checkback.....2d is game force checkback. Very useful convention but it needs alot of discussion to handle all the sequences esp. 1c=1d=1nt....now discuss :)

I would pick 2d game force checkback in the OP.
