I would suggest just keep practising until you get used to it. It's pretty much the opposite of standard carding but more beneficial. So if you're used to standard carding (high encourage, hi-lo=even) then it'll just take time until you're more fluent in UDCA. When I was going through that transition I would sometimes get mini-headaches because I was too used to high card = encourage/even.
