Playing inverted minor what is the expert treatment when opponrnt overcalls your partners 1m?
If over 1(promises 4 cards) Opponent overcalls 1 OR 1 what should the following bids convey?
1) 2;
2) 3;
3) 4;
4) 5
Will the vulnerability make a difference?

2 nonforcing
3 preemptive
4 very preemptive
5 extremely preemptive

to force, use the opponent's suit or 2NT.

The reason for inverted minors is to have a forcing raise of partner's suit. After they overcall, you have their suit as the forcing raise.
If they Double 1 major, normally 2NT is played as invite or better raise. The same idea can be useful if partner's suit is . With the natural 2NT response, you would redouble.

as Gerben explains, inverted minor raises are off in competition.

We actually play inverted minors over 1m-(1H), but not over 1m-(1S). But the standard is that inverted minors are definitely off in competition.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

Scoring: IMP

p-1-1-?

so with this hand at this vul will it be 3?4?5? OR pass?

The vulnerability and 3 small cards in RHO's suit are both flaws that suggest being conservative in preempting. I'd probably bid only 3, but I can certainly imagine people bidding 4. 5 seems suicidal at these colors.

3D.

And I think, on some days I would just bid 2D,
because of the colors, p may expect more, and
I doubt that you will really like it, if p bids 3NT
over your 3NT.

I suggest you only do this for very regular expert partnerships. The chance of forgetting seems high.

I don't know about all this systems off thing. Certainly there is some merit at MP to playing the 3m raise as being still on the preemptive side over competition. LHO has three choices - bid, double or pass. He/she is going to get it wrong sometimes. True you will miss some (not very many) 3N contracts when opener was above min - but this is more an IMP consideration.

I'll show some caution at these colors and bid only 3
