I've never seen this auction or heard of it happening, so there's probably no expert standard.

I suppose I'd play the standard defense over a 2N opening for the minors:

Double = cards
4♣ = ♥/♠'s; better ♥'s
4♦ = ♥/♠'s; better ♠'s

5m would operate like a strong 4M bid.
