14 control oriented HCP and a stiff is certainly 17 support points at a minimum. 4 may go off if PD is min, but it is certainly worth a play and the opps may sac 5 some of the times you're set anyhow.

So yeah 4 WTP ?

Obviously, i undervalued my hand. I thought my hand was not worth to game opposite a minimum negative double.

It's not "worth" game in that if RHO had passed over the double you would not have forced to game.

But now you only really have the choice of pass or 4H, and you are closer to a 4H bid than a pass.

Given that we have 6 losers, and a good fit (as is my strongest suit, plus 4:4 is better than 5:3, etc.) the hand would be worth a 3 rebid. East tried to preempt us, but it is good news for me that we probably have no values lost in my shortest suit, so even though 4 is not certain, I have a good feeling about being pushed there.
