dble pass 5♠ all pass

You are South and lead ♥J, West and partner play low and East wins with the Ace. East plays K♠, you win with your Ace, dummy throws a small heart and partner follows with the ♠2. What card do you play next and why?

I dont understand. The final contract was 5♠, right? The dealer is W but E opened in 1st seat, I made the final contract but now I'm suddenly defending?

My first thought was a heart to kill dummies entry but I got another idea: a small club in order to make p step up if dummy plays low. If Declarer has a singleton ♣, p can give me a ♦ ruff.
