Sadly, IMHO, N/S can't make 6NT.
No squeeze develops I think...

Many commentators were suggesting ducking the opening lead, and I don't see how to make it after that.

if you win the first trick (this is the line karlson mentioned):
♥Q lead taken
♦ A,K noting east shows out
♥ won
♥ x exit
east is now endplayed. if he exits a spade we get 3 spades, 4 hearts, 3 diamonds and 2 clubs
if he exits a club, we get 2 spades, 4 hearts, 3 diamonds and 4 clubs, as the spots lie favorably.
now suppose we duck the opening lead
♥Q ducked
♦ exit by east, safest
♦ cashed, east shows out
♥ A,K,T (pitching two clubs and a spade)
♣ to king
♦ Q, pitching spade
♠ to K
♥ 7. east needs to pitch a club here, otherwise spades set up and we make, west can, for now, just pitch a ♦ (we throw the ♠8)
♠ to ace. now west is squeezed.
what's this called anyway? non-simultaneous double squeeze?

I don't see a squeeze here. I must be missing something.

Or if you cash heart AK and duck a heart, EAST is endplayed and on the club return it becomes either a simple hook (if he returns teh club jack) or a simple black suit squeeze on east (if he returns a small club)

How do we get 4 ♣ tricks?
In any case you need 3 only.

This is what I see through bleary eyes first thing in the AM.

Must be too early in the morning for me, how do we get 4 clubs if East exits a small club?
Small, small, Q, A.
The 9 in LHO's hand will prevent the quick taking of 4 club tricks.
What am I missing?
So many experts, not enough X cards.

not much
this line actually leads to pretty much the same squeeze as the second, i think... I dunno. it was early when i wrote it
