I would bid 4H, considering it to be an underbid.

Partner is under pressure, so we don't know how good a hand he has for his 4C call. I have a GREAT hand, but, again, I don't know if we have a heart fit and I do not have any real clue that we can make more than game.

Everyone is guessing at this point in the auction.
