4H seems obvious.
Partner has a very good heart overcall, as he did not just overcall 2H (although I do not know your methods over a weak NT, there should be some way of showing just hearts).
4H may go down, but I can't come up with a good reason not to bid it.

My ♣K seems of dubious value now, with the 3♣ jump behind me, partner rates to be very short (probably void),
But the rest of the had is quite formiddable on the bidding, and I don't consider passing. I can in fact envision hands where we make slam. My alternative bids are 4♣ (good raise), 4♦ (cue) and 4♥. I don't think I've got enough for 4♦, so I'll take the middle road, and bid 4♣. If partner rebids 4♦ I'll rebid 4♥.

4♥
I'd need the ♣A to bid 4♣ (although the 3♣ call suggests opener has both minors rather than specifically good clubs... the number of hcp out there suggests that opener has the ♣A)
Pass wouldn't occur to me at the table

If the pass is 5+ clubs or two places to play, isn't 3♣ a bit he is forced to make? Like Lebensohl? So why does the ♣K suddenly lose its value?

Opener just jumped to the 3 level opposite a potential 4333 yarboro, so he really holds a suit. I guess his almost forced bid would have been 2♣.
But 4♥ seems clear-cut.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

4H, I suspect the other option is supposed to be 3N but that is totally random.

This hand is what happens when you play a local game during nationals. I could have bid 3c with the 1nt openers hand but didnt (only bid 2), and got a zero because i was playing against one of the only good pairs in the field. If I had bid 3c they just bid 4h making which is also a zero lol
