Assuming no further interference, omitting mention of the passes:

(1♦)-X-1♠;
2♣-2♠;
3NT-P

Some might prefer 2♦ to 2♣, which traditionally shows a very big hand or a good spade fit. It's a close call whether this hand is big enough, especially since (1♦)-2♣ is commonly stretched into. Others may also demand a sixth club. Still, when in doubt I prefer to bid my suit. Partner's 1♠ is limited to 0-8, so with 5-8 partner will likely act again opposite my nominal 17+ or so.

If you end in 4♠, e.g. through showing a balanced hand, a misunderstanding, or an enthusiastic jump, that still seems like not the worst contract to me. On a diamond lead, jack, queen, ace, spade to the ace hopefully held by West, the diamonds are guarded unless they can be ruffed so either we get to pitch a diamond on a heart later or we get an additional chance in spades (on top of 3-3 and the Tx dropping).

Assuming I doubled, in response to the takeout double, I would bid 3♠ with the South hand. 6 card spades, weak in HCP. North would raise to 4♠.

With a minimal club suit, a good but only 4 card heart suit, and a single ♠K, I would make the underbid overcall of 2♣ over 1♦. I really can't handle partner bidding a 4 card spade suit at a high level.

I think you’ve got the spade contract played by north, which seems implausible. But, as south, I’d expect to make 4S.
