I'm a little embarrassed to admit this but I have a hard time filling out some of my ACBL convention card. We have a variable NT and so , as a consequence, we have a variable meaning to our 1D bid depending upon colors and HCP. On the 'Minor Opening' section, do I just mark both 1C and 1D as convention and not fill not anything more in that section? Our 1D bid, if red in 3rd or 4rh seat has either 6 Diamonds or is 54 in the minors, but if not red in 3rd or 4th seat could also be a balanced hand with 15 HCP with only 2 Diamonds
How do other strong 1C bidders fill out this section whether or not you have a variable 1D opening?

Assuming the new convention card (the old one is comfortable for most players, but is actively hostile to players whose 1♣ and 1♦ calls aren't Natural (and effectively equivalent). I can't really help you with the BBO card, in other words):
You haven't made it clear what your 1♦ is in 1st and 2nd. IIRC, you're playing it as clubs, or diamonds, or balanced-out-of-range.
So, I think you mark NF 0.
In 3/4, you're NF 2 NV and 4+(almost always 5+) Vul.
No, there's no way to "mark" 3 different places with obviousness, but if three are marked, anyone who reads it will be looking for answers. And thankfully, there are two whole lines of space for "answers".
For my two "complicated" cards, I have page(s) of system notes that live in my card holder, and [parenthesized] numbers linking to the notes on the relevant parts of the card. Online, of course, I just link to the card in/as my pre-Alert.
In all cases, of course, when the calls are made, we explain correctly (with the call online, Alert/Announce/explain at end of auction if declarer FtF) as nobody (except the director when we need a ruling and we're supplying evidence) reads our card anyway.
