GIBBO not consistent different results in Challenge the Robot

You claim ......."GIBBO remains deterministic. The same bids and plays always produce the same outcome"

With nothing but passes by me and my bot partner the auction was 1H-3H-4H at my table scoring up the game. There was nothing to the play or defense. At the other (all bot table) where again all passes except for the H bidders, 3H was passed resulting in 170 and a significant IMP loss for me.

When the only human input is PASS, shouldn't GIBBO duplicate the bidding at both tables. If same opening lead, should GIBBO be declaring the same way at both tables?
