Outline rounds on History Put a heavier outline around the boards in each round

To improve the visual display, put a heavier outline around the boards in each round in the History list of boards.

This will remind players of how many rounds per board and let players review rounds vs particular opps more easily without mental gymnastics.

It will also show the rounds after the tourney is finished and the boards/round is no longer calculable.
