Is there a SEF summary in English?

Has anyone got a SEF summary in English? Or a summary of how it differs from modern standard?

If you know German, the original Forum D is more or less a direct copy-paste and rename of SEF, so you can get the basics from there. You do have to be a little careful - Forum D+ includes non-SEF changes and SEF itself has made some minor adjustments, such as with the values required for Support Doubles, since the port, but the base systems are still 99% identical.
