Help
When there is a pop up window such as clicking on my partner's name so I can send her private chat. The appeareance of the keyboard on the bottom might prompt the pop up windown up, to a zone where the upper part of it is not reacheable.
When this happens I have found no way of displacing or removing the window other than closing the app and restarting.

To restore the screen you have to close the popup keyboard. In Android there's a triangle at the bottom of the screen, in iOS there's a "Done" button at the top right of the keyboard.
