This comes from todays Daylong No. 1 - MP's. Best hand South.
Quite a few people had a bad result after opening 1♦ with this hand.

Double seems normal. 4♥ not so much, though I'm not sure why South would have bid 3♣.

2♥ shows 10+. Double shows exactly 4 hearts, or a hand with longer hearts that is too weak to bid 2♥.

I can't remember the HCPs for a double but it seems a shame not to show hearts somehow.
Double. 2H. Don't know. I would consider either I think. Maybe pass but that seems a shame
Its not the best hand but 2H isn't a lie is it over interference. Its not GF. Free bid??
Depending on what opener has 2H is reasonable - I reckon you just say what you reckon is a reasonable contract
