Hi,
Just wondering if there's been a change to the Zenith Daylong tournament reward structure.
On January 7th, top prize was $4.33 for a pool of 1717 players
On January 16th, top prize was $3.66 for a pool of 1733 players

Basically the same number of players, but ~15% lower top prize. I did not check if the total prize pool has changed or not, but it seems odd that the top prize would change this much.

There's lots of threads about this in the General BBO Discussion forum. BBO increased their rake considerably in many forms of the game (including killing off Robot Reward entirely).

The Zenith and also the 8 Random Deals Daylong Reward used to pay back 80% of the entry fees in BB$ prizes.

As of January 9, the payback structure changed to 70% of the entry fees back in BB$ prizes.

The payback formula and other details about each game are available by clicking the About button on the Daylong registration pop-up.

It's a BAD move by BBO. But I do not see a lot of discussion about this in the general BBO discussion. I think we should all voice our concerns.
