dangeroue defence do you enter oction after a game invite?

do you enter the auction?

both side are Vulnerable
risk of penalities Double is low opener Double in first oportunity invite partner to bid on and may have 0 Heart
your partner mqy have some point .

BTW over a 1 spade opening on second chair i would bid 1NT T/O with SPL Spade
pass if partner bid 2 of a minor suit support heart if he bid 2 or 3 Heart
