Number of entries in Swiss Teams Has this changed?

Previously the maximum number of entries in a Swiss Teams event referred to the number of TEAMS. I think this has changed to the number of PAIRS.

Of course it's not a big issue since a TD will notice as entries come in and it is easily changed, but it was a surprise yesterday.
