Hi everyone,

I run club tournaments on BBO with results posted to the club website and uploaded to the EBU.

Very occasionally, I need to adjust a result more than 20 minutes after completion of the tournament. I can do this outside BBO so that the adjusted result is shown on the club and EBU websites but not on BBO. I would like to be able to make the same adjustment on BBO but, once the 20 minute period has elapsed, the tournament is no longer shown on my Director tab. Does anybody know how to do this?

I asked BBO support but they just said "There are fewer tools after tournament ends".

Thanks,
Simon

This is a polite way of saying, "No".

As the club and EBU websites presumably keep the results available in perpetuity, whereas the BBO results disappear after three (?) months, the value of updating the BBO results seems low.

I think "No" would actually be more polite.

And it would surely cost very little to lengthen the period to 30 minutes, which would already be a significant improvement.

And closer to comformance with the laws. Not that BBO cares about that.
