Creating a LIN file

How do I convert a bridge hand diagram into a LIN file so that I can save it in my archive and share it with other BBO members? Any help much appreciated. I am not a software wizard by any stretch!

Account tab->Deal archive and then select the Hand Editor.

This is fine for the odd hand.
