Why can't I access most tourneys?

why i cannot access anymore to the most tourneys. ?.. Only for members, where are all the tourneys left ??? It seems i only can play TCR tourneys or ACBL tourneys. What is going on here

Since the surge in use due to the coronavirus, we've had to limit the number of free tournaments to make capacity available for all the virtual club games.
