How to copy a bridge hand into the s forum page ? There is no icon for attachments or photos ?

There is an icon that looks like a chain to the right of the smiley face at the top of the window. Click on that to link to a page. To the right of the chain icon, there is an icon that is supposed to represent a picture. You can insert an image by clicking on that icon, although some types of images can't be directly inserted.
