Tournament play problem Other three hands are blank with no cards in them

While playing a tournament today, I coughed with the computer in my lap. The other three hands disappeard. I could only see cards in my own hand.

So I withdrew from the tournament. I completely logged off the system. Then I entered another tournament. Same thing! I could only see my own hand. Robots in first two positions PASSED. Waiting for me to bid. But the other three hands were empty.

I tried to email support, but I got a message that my email isn't set up properly. And I can't find a phone number for bridge base.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

*** I went to drop down menu and chose "show hands". Duh. Problem fixed!
