At first sight, it seems that you'll need to finesse the ten 1st round. But I'd have to check the book to see if low to the queen and finesse the ten 2nd round would be better.

Lead small to the 10, then later small towards the king, hoping for AJx, Jxx or AJ doubleton under K107. The chance of 3 tricks is pretty poor but better than my slams.

The relevant cards are the A, J, and 9. That 7 seems awfully important. Double finesse must be right. Lead towards K107 and cover East's card.
