At my table, North managed to find a 7C bid after I showed a "balanced" hand with 16-22 HCP (albeit would need to be maximum given the 22+ total points requirement) while at the other table, North couldn't raise a 6C bid showing 32 total points. On another note, surely my 3NT should not promise a balanced hand there.

With around 15-16 (??) total points, North GIB figured that 7♣ wouldn't show enough strength, and the preferred bid 8♣ wasn't in the database so it had to pass.

Not priority to make GIB evaluate better on auctions where partner jumps to slam at their first turn.

In fact, wasn't it an improvement to make GIB not raise every stab at slam to a grand? (which is very much appreciated btw)
