my tournament is not shown in the list of pending tournament

hello.
i want to ask about creating a free tournament.
i've created a tournament, pending tournament. but it is not shown on the list of pending tournament.
the tournament will be held in next week. is it the reason why my tournament isn't shown?

The tournament list on the web and mobile versions only shows tourneys starting in the next 2 hours.
