There haven't been any recent changes to that part of the application. What happens when you try to open your mailbox?
From the second half of last year, I can't open many links, for example : BBO News and players' name on Vugraph.
I am very upset with my computer, so I just now bought a new computer several days ago, and I tried to use some browsers, for example :edge,IE11 and chrome etc, I failed to open it.
When I click my mailbox, immediately pop up a dialog box , then I click "Open" , there is no any response on it.
Here is a my dialog box :

You asked if it was normal to receive email with the results of a tournament. You never said you had a problem opening it.
Do you know how to open Developer Tools in the browser? Open DevTools, then try to open an email and tell me if it shows an error message the console.

The other three mails are hands sent via Export deal > Send to user. Those open as pop-ups, like this: http://tinyurl.com/hfgxr6z
So for some reason you can't get pop-ups, but you can open regular mails.

Sorry, none of the information you posted is what I need to see, I should have been more explicit. Select the "Console" tab, and post any error messages that appear there.

OK, that's helpful.
Apparently the Great Firewall of China blocks access to the Google CDN that we load the jQuery library from, and this library is used (among other things) to display popups with web pages.
We'll have to investigate using an alternate source for this library, but I can't promise a quick fix.

Is this still a problem? I thought we'd installed a change for this, but I found it in my work-in-progress, not the running code.
