Special color dot on iPhone to show your friend is TDing

Might it not be a good idea to have a special cold dit on the iPhone siftware to show that your friend is TDing? That way you would not be disturbing him/her unneccessarily by messaging them when they are busy. Right now it just shows green - that they are online doing nothing in particular.
