If 3♠ is forcing Gib thinks you have a bigger hand than you do. I pass.

Thanks to those that answered. 99 views and only 2 answers - wonder why?
3NT was the most common action at the table, and several did pass. I was fortunate, I rebid 4C and played there, cold for 5 but still gaining 100% of the matchpoints, since both 3NT and 3S fail. A few didn't bid 3C with my hand the previous round.
Partner held QJxxxx, Jx, K, xxxx. I just didn't like my chances in 3NT given that I did stretch a bit previously, and both GIB opponents had enough to bid suits of their own. I take this more seriously vs. GIB than I would against some human opponents.
