Cross to dummy with a heart, play a small club from dummy.
a) East rises with the ace. Unblock clubs, take a diamond ruffing finesse (change the order depending on what suit they play back) you make: 6 trumps, 2 hearts, 2 clubs, 2 diamonds.
b) East plays low. Win the king, ruffing finesse in diamonds, pitching a club. Now you concede a heart and ruff one in hand, you make: 7 trumps, 2 hearts, 1 club, 2 diamonds.

The trap I fell for just looking at N/S was missing that E had X and playing W for the A and leading a club to the Q for the Morton Fork the other way (planning to pitch the club on the ruffing finesse diamond if it was ducked by W). I mess up some BM hands the same way as paying attention to the auction in problem hands presented visually as a problem, but where I don't see the bids in sequence, is a common mistake. I'm not sure if it reflects not considering the auction at the table as much or not in real life.
